Results of an isokinetic strengthening program for the groin (hip addiction). Since April 30th I have made steady progress and the percentage change is impressive. Based on experience and recovery trying to keep sessions to 1-2 times per week. This case might be relevant to all those working on groin injuries as you can prescribe load speed and different resistance settings using 1080 quantum. Considering groin injuries and dysfunctions and current protocols and exercises you are not able to prescribe and monitor loading. With 1080 Quantum you can, and in this I was able to prescribe isokinetic loading and I monitored force. Also, you will have data for the full physiological range for each rep in each session. Isometric assessments cannot give you that. I @olaeriksrud will keep you posted on my progress and present some data on other movements in later posts. This has certainly been good for my hips. #1080 quantum
