We are proud to announce that 1080 Quantum is undergoing validation of measurements of force, speed and power at Dala Sports Academy.

Validity and reliability is at the very foundation testing for physical performance. Valid and reliable measurements of force, speed and power are very important in research, athletic testing and training as well as rehabilitation. We in athletic 1080 take this very seriously. That is why we are collaborating with Dala Sports Academy to document the validity and reliability of 1080 Quantum.

Historically isokinetic testing has been extensively used in research as well as in athletic testing and training as well as rehabilitation. It is then rather surprising that there is such a lack of documentation on the validity of the measures obtained by different isokinetic equipment. This is now how we work in Athletic 1080 and 1080 Motion. All data of our testing will be scrutinized by external reviewers and made public.
